Function titel: Customer Service Representative Swedish
An International Telecom provider in Amsterdam is urgently looking for agents who speak Swedish and English and/or another Scandinavian language.
The most important part of the job as a Customer Service Representative is that you are the Singe Point of Contact for the clients during the whole process. You are responsible for the registration and providing technical telephone advice, and to support the end users of IT applications, in line with contractual arrangements and to deliver outstanding customer service in your native language.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office. Customer oriented, experience in trouble shooting, preferably experienced in Telecom. Being enthusiastic to work in an international environment. Excellent communication skills.
